Among high-speed steel and die steel plates, thin plates are the main products, which are used to manufacture cutting tools such as circular saw blades, paper splitting knives, flat circular knives, and cold shearing knives, which are widely used in metal/paper/plastic/food processing industries and Machinery manufacturing industry.
In the production process of Zhejiang Zhongjian sheet, the cross-rolling process is adopted to give full play to the advantages of large deformation rate. The subsequent vacuum annealing in a protective atmosphere avoids decarburization and restores the superplasticity of the steel. Finally, cold rolling is performed to obtain carbides with uniform distribution and fine particles, and the thickness tolerance, shape and surface quality of the sheet are controlled at the best.
